Copyright and trademark complaints
Last updated 25 October 2026
OneHub is a tool football creators use to make graphics for their own streams and videos. Club badges and player photos come from our data provider and are used to identify teams and players. If you own a crest, a photo, a trade mark or other content that appears through OneHub and you want it removed, tell us and we'll act on it.
What to send
Email hello@onehub.football with “Copyright or trademark complaint” in the subject, and include:
- who you are, and who you act for if it isn't yourself
- what the content is (for example a club's crest, a photo of a player, a league's logo or a competition's data) and why you hold the rights to it
- where you saw it: a link to the stream, video, thumbnail or post if you have one
- how we can reach you
What we do
- We aim to reply within 2 working days.
- We can stop supplying a club's crest or a player's photo to every OneHub creator at once, and withdraw a competition's live data, without waiting for an update to the app. What's already on screen in a live show disappears within about a minute.
- Streams, videos, thumbnails and posts that creators have already published are on their own channels (YouTube, X and so on), not on OneHub. You can also use that platform's own copyright or trade mark form.
- Creators agree in our terms of service that they're responsible for what they publish and must have the rights they need.
Anything else
If you're a footballer and want to ask about data shown about you, see Football data in our privacy notice. For anything else, email hello@onehub.football.
