Terms of service
Last updated 2 October 2026 · Version 1.0
These terms are the contract between you and SearchButlers Ltd for the OneHub Football service. Please read them, in particular section 6 (licensed data), section 7 (no sharing or resale) and section 15 (our liability). They're written to be read, not skimmed past.
1. Who we are
OneHub Football (“OneHub”, “we”, “us”) is a trading name of SearchButlers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11653293), registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. Contact: hello@onehub.football.
OneHub is independent. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by the Premier League, any club, StatsBomb (Hudl), API-Football, OBS, StreamYard, YouTube or any other platform named on our site. Club and competition names are used only to identify teams.
2. These terms
- These terms apply when you create a OneHub account or use the OneHub app, the producer panel, overlay links, the OBS setup tool or any other part of the service (together, the “Service”). Use of the public website and waitlist is covered by our site terms. How we handle personal data is explained in our privacy notice.
- You accept these terms when you tick the box to agree to them and create your account. If you don't agree, don't create an account or use the Service.
- If you use the Service for a business, a channel you earn money from, or on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to accept these terms for it, and “you” includes that business or organisation.
3. Words we use
- Account: your OneHub login and everything stored under it.
- Channel: the one creator brand your Account is set up for, for example a YouTube, Twitch or TikTok channel, a podcast, or a show, including its own linked accounts on other platforms.
- Broadcast: a live stream, video, podcast or clip published on your Channel.
- Graphics: the on-screen overlays, panels, scenes and other visual output the Service produces.
- Overlay link: the private web address that shows your Graphics in OBS, StreamYard or similar software.
- Licensed Data: statistics, match data, fixtures, results, line-ups, event data and similar information supplied to us by third parties, including StatsBomb and API-Football, and anything derived from it.
- Your Content: text, images, logos and other material you enter or upload, such as topics, news stories, sponsor graphics, names and photos.
- Operator: a person who helps produce your Channel's own shows, such as a co-host or producer.
4. Who can use OneHub
- You must be at least 18 to create an Account.
- You must give accurate details and keep them up to date.
- During early access, we decide who gets an Account. We may decline or withdraw an invitation.
5. What you may do with OneHub
While your Account is active and you keep to these terms, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to use the Service to create Graphics for, and show them in, Broadcasts on your own Channel.
You may keep and publish recordings, highlights and clips of your Broadcasts that show the Graphics as they appeared on screen at the time. This continues after your Account ends.
Everything not expressly allowed in these terms is reserved to us and our licensors.
6. Licensed Data
The Licensed Data belongs to its providers, is licensed to us, and is the most valuable and the most protected part of OneHub. You may only display it inside the Graphics, as the Service renders them, in Broadcasts on your Channel.
You must not, by any means, manual or automated:
- copy, extract, download, scrape, screen-scrape, crawl, harvest or export Licensed Data from the Service, its overlay links, its network traffic or its code, other than its appearance on screen in your Broadcasts
- store, compile or build a database, spreadsheet, dataset or archive from Licensed Data
- publish, sell, license, rent, share or otherwise make Licensed Data available to anyone, except as it appears in your Broadcasts
- use Licensed Data in or for any other product, website, app, social media graphic generator, newsletter or service, or to build, train, test or improve any software, model or AI system
- use the Service or Licensed Data for betting, gambling, tipping or odds services, or present Licensed Data as advice for those purposes
- remove, hide or change any attribution, source label or notice on the Graphics
- suggest that a data provider, league or club endorses you or your Channel
Licensed Data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and live data depends on third-party feeds. It's provided for entertainment and editorial use only. Our data providers may require us to change, restrict or withdraw some data or features, sometimes at short notice, and we may do so.
Win chances, predictions and other model outputs are OneHub estimates, not facts or advice.
7. No sharing, resale or third-party use
One Account covers one Channel. You must not:
- share, sell, rent, lend or give your login details or overlay links to anyone, apart from Operators working on your Channel's own shows
- let any person, channel, club, agency, production company or other business use the Service, your Account or your overlay links for their own shows, channels or clients
- resell, sublicense, white-label, rebrand or offer the Service, or access to it, as part of a paid or free service to others, including as a production or graphics service for other creators
- use one Account for more than one Channel, or open several Accounts to get around plan limits, free trials or suspensions
- embed, frame or display your overlay links anywhere other than inside your own streaming or recording software for your Broadcasts
- copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or try to extract the source code, designs or data of the Service, or build a competing product using it
- get around, disable or interfere with sign-in, access limits, rate limits, overlay link protection or other security measures
You're responsible for everything done through your Account and overlay links, including by your Operators. Keep your password private and treat overlay links as secret. If you think either has leaked, tell us straight away. We can issue a new overlay link and the old one will stop working.
If you want to use OneHub for more than one Channel, or as an agency, club or production company, contact us for a plan that covers it.
8. Your Content and what you put on screen
- You keep ownership of Your Content. You give us a non-exclusive licence to host, store, copy, process and display it only as needed to run the Service for you. This ends when Your Content is deleted from the Service.
- You must own, or have permission to use, everything you upload or display, including photos, sponsor logos, club crests and other trademarks. News and agency photos are usually copyrighted, so don't use them without a licence.
- You're responsible for what appears in your Broadcasts, including topics, headlines, quotes, player names and anything you type. Don't display anything that is unlawful, defamatory, hateful, harassing, misleading or infringing, or that breaks the rules of the platforms you stream on.
- OneHub doesn't give you any right to show match footage, club or league marks, or other third-party content. Getting any rights you need for your Broadcasts is your responsibility.
- We may remove Your Content or limit features if we reasonably believe it breaks these terms or the law.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service, including its software, code, designs, graphics templates, layouts, colour systems, text and the OneHub name and logo, belongs to SearchButlers Ltd or its licensors. These terms don't transfer any of it to you. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
10. Early access, plans and payment
- During early access, the Service may be free or discounted. We'll tell you in advance, by email, before you're asked to pay anything. Nothing is charged without your agreement at checkout.
- When paid plans start, the price, billing period and what's included will be shown before you subscribe. Payments will be handled by a payment provider. We won't see or store your full card details.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time. Your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for. A normal cancellation doesn't give you a refund for the current period.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal. If you don't accept the new price, cancel before it takes effect.
- If a payment fails, we may suspend the Service until it's paid.
- Prices are shown with VAT where VAT applies.
- If you're a consumer, you have a 14-day right to cancel a new paid subscription under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. If you ask to start using the Service within those 14 days and then cancel, we may charge a proportionate amount for the time used. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
- We honour statutory refund rights in full. Any other refund is at our discretion and offered at most once per person. We may refuse future subscriptions where someone repeatedly subscribes and cancels to get access while avoiding payment.
11. Running the Service
- We work to keep OneHub available and reliable, but we can't promise it will always be available, uninterrupted, on time or error-free. Live shows depend on your internet connection, your streaming software, third-party platforms and data feeds outside our control. Always have a way to carry on your show if the Graphics stop.
- We may change, improve or remove features. Early-access and beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
- We monitor use of the Service, including sign-ins, IP addresses, timestamps and data requests, to keep it secure, protect the Licensed Data, enforce these terms and fix faults. Our privacy notice has the detail.
- The OBS setup tool changes settings in your copy of OBS only when you connect it and press the button. It adds a new scene and doesn't change your other scenes. Check the result before you go live.
12. Suspension and ending your Account
- You can close your Account at any time by emailing hello@onehub.football.
- We may suspend or close your Account, disable overlay links or refuse service, if we reasonably believe you've broken these terms, misused the Service or Licensed Data, haven't paid, put the Service or other users at risk, or if the law or a data provider requires it. For breaches of sections 6 or 7 we may do this immediately and without notice. Otherwise we'll try to give notice where it's reasonable.
- We may stop providing the Service, or any part of it, with at least 30 days' notice where practical. If you've paid in advance for a period you then can't use, we'll refund the unused part.
- When your Account ends, your licence ends, your overlay links stop working, and we delete Your Content within 30 days, except where we need to keep records as explained in the privacy notice. Sections 6, 7, 8, 9, 13, 14, 15 and 17 keep applying.
13. If the data or sharing rules are broken
Misuse of Licensed Data or unauthorised sharing harms us and our data providers in ways money may not fully put right. If you break section 6 or 7 we may, in addition to closing your Account:
- apply for an injunction or other court order to stop the misuse
- claim damages, including any amounts we're charged by our data providers because of the breach
- require you to delete any data you've taken, and confirm in writing that you have
We may keep and rely on technical records of access to investigate and prove a breach.
14. Your responsibility to us (business users)
If you use the Service as a business, you'll cover our reasonable losses and costs from any claim by a third party arising from Your Content, your Broadcasts, or your breach of sections 6, 7 or 8. This section doesn't apply if you're a consumer.
15. Our liability
- Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that can't be limited by law.
- If you're a business user:
- we aren't liable for loss of profit, revenue, income, sponsorship, audience, subscribers, business opportunity, goodwill or data, or for any indirect or consequential loss
- we aren't liable for interruptions to your Broadcasts, or for errors or delays in Licensed Data
- our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of £100 and the fees you paid us for the Service in that period
- If you're a consumer: we're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We aren't responsible for loss that wasn't foreseeable, or for business losses. Your statutory rights aren't affected.
16. Other services you use with OneHub
OneHub works alongside software and platforms run by others, such as OBS Studio, StreamYard, YouTube, Twitch and your web browser. Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren't responsible for them.
17. General
- Changes to these terms. We may update these terms. For changes that matter, we'll email you at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the change is needed sooner for legal, security or data-provider reasons. If you don't accept a change, you can close your Account before it takes effect. If you then keep using the Service, you accept the new terms.
- Transfers. You can't transfer your Account or these terms to anyone else without our written permission. We may transfer them to another organisation that takes over OneHub. We'll tell you if we do, and your rights won't be reduced.
- Whole agreement. These terms, the privacy notice and anything you agree at checkout are the whole agreement between us about the Service.
- If part is invalid, the rest still applies.
- If we don't enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
- No one else has rights under these terms.
- Notices. We'll contact you at the email address on your Account. You can contact us at hello@onehub.football.
- Law and courts. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
