Who we are
OneHub Football ("OneHub", "we", "us") is a trading name of SearchButlers Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 11653293), registered office 82a James Carter Road, Mildenhall, Suffolk, IP28 7DE, United Kingdom. SearchButlers Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here.

What this covers
This notice covers the onehub.football website and the early-access waitlist. OneHub doesn't have user accounts or take payments yet. When it does, we'll update this notice before those features go live.
What we collect

We don't ask for sensitive personal data. Please don't send us any.
Cookies
This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Fonts and videos are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn't send your details to font or video providers. If we add analytics later, we'll update this notice and ask for your consent where the law requires it.
Who we share it with
We don't sell your data or share it for marketing. We use these service providers, who process data only on our instructions:
- Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) stores the waitlist and sends our emails.
- Vercel (Vercel Inc., USA) hosts the website and runs the sign-up form.
- Namecheap (Namecheap, Inc., USA) forwards email sent to onehub.football addresses to our inbox.
We may also disclose data if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or someone's safety.
International transfers
These providers are based in the United States, so your data may be processed there. Where that happens, we rely on the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the UK International Data Transfer Addendum to the European Commission's standard contractual clauses in the provider's data processing terms.
How long we keep it
- Waitlist details: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until we close the waitlist. We delete them within 30 days of any of those.
- Emails you send us: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless we need them longer to deal with a legal claim.
- Hosting logs: kept by Vercel for a short period under its own retention settings.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you
- correct data that's wrong
- delete your data
- restrict or object to how we use it
- give you your data in a portable format
You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link in any email, or by emailing hello@onehub.football. Withdrawing consent doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew it.
We'll reply within one month. There's no charge.
Complaints
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.
Children
The waitlist is for people aged 13 and over. If you're under 13, please don't sign up.
Changes
We'll update this notice when how we use data changes, and change the date at the top. If a change is significant, we'll email people on the waitlist.
